46% of children aged under 3 have poor eyesight in 2015: report

Around 46.1 percent of children aged under 12 were diagnosed as having poor eyesight in academic year 2015, down by 0.9 percentage points from the previous year, according to a report by the Directorate General of Accounting and Statistics (DGBAS).
