Niue cargo ship aground in north off Penghu

A cargo ship from Niue, named "Yunhai," ran aground in waters about 1.3 nautical miles north of Niao Yu (Bird Island) of Penghu archipelago in the early hours of Thursday, said the National Search and Rescue Center.
