Talk of the Day -- President's nephew recalls rescue

A nephew of President Ma Ying-jeou who played a critical role in the rescue of a Taiwanese woman kidnapped in Malaysia last November said Monday that the United States barred its special forces stationed in the Philippines from taking part in rescue operations.
