Veteran Affairs Council Minister Lee Hsiang-jow (李翔宙) said Thursday he was resigning over a spat with opposition Kuomintang lawmakers, but Premier Lai Ching-te (賴清德) has rejected the resignation, according to a Cabinet spokesman.
