Ex-foreign minister warns of 'domino effect' after Panama defection

Former Foreign Minister Chen Chien-jen (程建人) warned on Tuesday of a possible "domino effect" after Taiwan's century-old ally Panama announced that it was switching diplomatic recognition from Taipei to Beijing.
