Joseph Wu (吳釗燮), secretary-general of Taiwan's main opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), is scheduled to visit the United States later this month to give a speech on the implications of the results of Taiwan's Jan. 16 presidential election, the organizers said earlier this week.
