StarLux receives approval for airline business operation

StarLux Investment Co., established by former EVA Airways Chairman Chang Kuo-wei (張國煒), announced on Friday that it has received an operating license from the Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA) to launch an airline business operation and StarLux Airlines company will be officially registered in Taiwan within one week.
