Taiwan's central bank is unlikely to adjust its key interest rates before the fourth quarter of 2018 as it will be keen to maintain a stable monetary policy even after its governor Perng Fai-nan (彭淮南) retires next February, Singaporean banking group DBS said Tuesday.
