Taiwan's green soybean exports hit record high

Taiwan's exports of green soybeans, called edamame in Japan and mao dou in China, hit a record high of US$76 million in 2015, with 87.5 percent of the exports going to Japan, the Council of Agriculture (COA) said Sunday.
