Chinese online payment services provider Zhejiang Ant Small and Micro Financial Services Group Co. (Ant Financial, 螞蟻金服), an affiliate of China's electronics commerce operator Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. (阿里巴巴), has agreed to take a 60 percent stake in Cathay Insurance Co. Ltd. (China) (大陸國泰產險).
