Shanghai's vice mayor on goodwill visit to Taipei

Weng Tiehui (翁鐵慧), vice mayor of Shanghai, arrived in Taipei on Wednesday on a goodwill visit, following a trip to Shanghai in May by Deputy Taipei Mayor Chou Li-fang (周麗芳).
