EU reps in Taiwan turn YouTubers to cook home dishes

Food unites people, and cooking a country's most popular dishes is a great way to learn about its culture. This was the impetus behind a new cooking show created by the European Economic and Trade Office (EETO) and EU member states' representative offices in Taiwan. Starting in mid-December 2021 until the end of March 2022, a new episode of the Taste of Europe cooking web series will be released every Friday. The show features a total of 15 European dishes, prepared and cooked by European representatives and/or their spouses. It's hoped the series will bring Taiwan and Europe closer through the love of food.
