Central and northern Taiwan could see temperatures dipping to 10-12 degrees Celsius early Friday, the Central Weather Administration said Thursday, as it issued the latest cold surge advisory, but it said voters heading to polling stations on Saturday to vote in the presidential and legislative elections can expect mostly clear and warm weather.
