Three executives indicted over Changhua factory fire that killed 9

Three executives at a factory owned by Lian Hwa Foods Corp. in Changhua County have been charged with negligent homicide and negligence resulting in injury after a deadly fire that engulfed the factory on April 25 last year, leaving nine people dead and 13 injured, the county prosecutors office said Thursday.
