Smog from China to hit Taiwan on New Year's Eve

Smog from China is predicted to hit Taiwan on New Year's Eve as seasonal northeasterly winds strengthen, which could result in an orange warning being issued across most of the country, according to the Ministry of Environment (MOENV).
