Seasonal winds to bring cool, rainy weather to northern, eastern Taiwan

A seasonal northeasterly wind system will bring cool, rainy weather to northern and eastern Taiwan on Sunday, but will give way to clear skies and warmer temperatures in the early part of next week, according to the Central Weather Administration (CWA).
