Traffic delays reported in northeast Taiwan as holiday weekend ends

Traffic delays were reported in several locations in northeast Taiwan on Tuesday as the four-day Double Ten National Day holiday drew to a close, according to the Freeway Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC).
