Typhoon Haikui disrupts sea, air, rail transportation in Taiwan

Several flights, ferry services and train schedules in Taiwan were canceled or postponed Monday due to strong winds and heavy rains brought by Typhoon Haikui, which has been pounding the country since Sunday.
