Eastern, southern Taiwan announces office, school closures as Typhoon Haikui nears

With Typhoon Haikui moving closer to Taiwan and expected to make landfall close to Taitung, local governments in Hualien, Taitung, Chiayi, Pingtung, Penghu, Tainan and Kaohsiung announced Saturday offices and schools will be closed on Sunday.
