Tropical Storm Doksuri upgraded to a typhoon

Tropical Storm Doksuri strengthened into a typhoon Sunday evening, but its impact on Taiwan will depend on the angle at which the storm turns northward Monday morning, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
