Yilan cram school under scrutiny for giving students Ritalin

A private cram school in Yilan County may have violated the Narcotics Hazard Prevention Act after it was found to have given a controlled drug, Ritalin, to students without a prescription, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said Wednesday.
