Taiwan rejects another truffle shipment from Europe for contamination

Another shipment of fresh truffles imported from Europe recently failed a customs inspection in Taiwan after having been found to contain excessive levels of a heavy metal, in the wake of a series of similar violations since last year, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said Tuesday.
