Filipina migrant worker becomes 8th fatality in food factory fire

A Filipina migrant worker, who had no vital signs when she was found after a deadly factory fire in Changhua County Tuesday, was pronounced dead on Thursday, making her the fourth Filipino migrant worker and the eighth person to have died in the fire.
