Initial probe points to deep fryer as source of deadly Changhua fire: Official

An initial probe has pointed to a deep fryer as the source of a fire at Lian Hwa Foods Corp.'s factory in Changua that killed seven employees and left three more in critical condition, a fire department official said Wednesday.
