Cold front's arrival brings lower temperatures, poor air quality

A cold front that arrived in Taiwan overnight will keep temperatures in the mid-teens in northern Taiwan on Monday, while atmospheric pollutants carried by the system caused air quality to drop to unhealthy levels in parts of the south.
