Weekend traffic controls to be in place on Taipei's Yangde Blv. from Feb. 11

Traffic controls will be in place on Taipei's Yangde Boulevard on weekends and holidays from Saturday until March 19, amid expected heavy traffic due to the 2023 Yangmingshan Flower Festival.
