Taiwanese soldier who died in Ukraine given top Indigenous honor

Tseng Sheng-guang (曾聖光), a Taiwanese volunteer who died in November while fighting for Ukraine, was honored posthumously at his funeral in Hualien Sunday by the Council of Indigenous Peoples (CIP).
