Taipei, Sept. 1 (CNA) The rollout of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine in Taiwan can begin as early as mid-September, after the first shipment arrives in the country on Thursday, said Health Minister Chen Shih-chung (陳時中).
