Most people prefer cash payments to stimulus vouchers: survey

The vast majority of respondents in a recent survey conducted by the Consumers' Foundation said they would prefer to receive a cash payment rather than stimulus vouchers, as the Executive Yuan finalizes plans to issue vouchers to boost private consumption.
