Hualien COVID-19 survivor to thank hospital staff with helmets

A woman who runs a motorcycle helmet store in Hualien will give a helmet to every hospital worker who helped her recover from COVID-19 over the past month to thank them for their efforts, she said after being discharged from the hospital Saturday.
