Court ups sentences for 3 men who attacked Hong Kong bookseller

Three men, who were convicted of assault after they splashed paint on Hong Kong bookstore owner Lam Wing-kee (林榮基) last year, received heavier sentences Tuesday in an appeal case in the Taiwan High Court.
