Supreme Court sends Sunflower Movement case back to High Court

The Supreme Court on Monday remanded a case concerning eight Sunflower Movement activists who were previously given 2-4 year prison terms over the occupation of the Executive Yuan complex in 2014 to the High Court for retrial.
