The governing committee of Taiwan's National Health Insurance (NHI) program on Friday submitted two proposals to the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW) to raise premiums from the current 4.69 percent to 4.97 percent or 5.47-5.52 percent at the start of next year.
