The owner of a Taiwanese face mask manufacturer accused of importing over 3 million non-medical grade masks from China and selling them through the government's face mask rationing program was interrogated by prosecutors on suspicion of fraud early Saturday before being released on NT$3.5 million (US$119,281) bail.
