Parhelic circle visible in Taiwan over the weekend: CWB

A rare atmospheric optical phenomenon in Taiwan called "parhelic circle" will likely be visible across the country over the weekend thanks to sunny weather, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Saturday.
