Taiwan officials on Monday cautioned residents and people who had visited Kaohsiung and Tainan on Feb. 4 to monitor their heath closely, in the wake of one confirmed case of the novel coronavirus virus (COVID-19) among the tourists that visited southern Taiwan on a cruise liner Feb. 4.
