Farm damage from heavy rains climbs to NT$116 million

Farm losses from the recent heavy rains in central and southern Taiwan have been estimated at NT$116 million (US$3.7 million), with Nantou County the hardest hit, the Council of Agriculture (COA) reported Wednesday.
