Taiwan fugitive wanted for fraud arrested in the Philippines

A Taiwanese fugitive wanted for fraud has been arrested in the Philippines after he tried to flee the country using a fake Philippine passport, the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines said Monday.
