State-run Taiwan Power Company (Taipower) has allegedly shipped a first batch of 80 unused fuel rod bundles purchased for the fourth nuclear power plant in New Taipei back to the United States . Eight cargo vehicles believed to be carrying the fuel rods were seen at a pier in Keelung Port early Wednesday.
