Tropical storm forecast to affect Taiwan during Mid-Autumn Festival

A new tropical storm has formed in the Philippine Sea and is very likely to affect Taiwan around the time of the Mid-Autumn Festival next week, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Saturday.
