Access to Taiwan Taoyuan Int'l Airport to be changed starting Monday

Travelers departing from Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport are advised to budget 10-15 minutes more than usual to get to the airport starting early Monday as a section of the southern access road will be closed in conjunction with Terminal 3's taxiway relocation project.
