Taiwan to ban microbeads from personal care products

The Cabinet-level Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) will issue advance notice next year that it will ban the use of tiny plastic particles in the production of cosmetics, toothpaste, facial washes and other personal care products, an EPA official said Wednesday.
