Nearly 30,000 Taiwanese cancel South Korea trips as MERS escalates

About 30,000 Taiwanese travelers have canceled their trips to South Korea as an outbreak of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) continues to spread in that country, according to Taiwan's Tourism Bureau.
