CDC warns against scrub typhus during tomb sweeping season

Members of the public are urged to take precautions against scrub typhus when cleaning up their ancestors graves around the time of the Tomb Sweeping Festival in early April, as the disease is transmitted by mites in the vegetation, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) said Friday.
