Taiwan and the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have jointly set up the first Asia Pacific AERONET Calibration and Training Center at the Lulin Atmospheric Background Station in central Taiwan, in a bid to help countries in the area analyze and monitor the distribution of air pollutant aerosols.
