Partial lunar eclipse to be visible in Taiwan Oct. 29: Weather agency

People across Taiwan and its outlying islands will be able to see a partial lunar eclipse early in the morning of Oct. 29 if the skies are clear, the Central Weather Administration (CWA) said Wednesday.
