TANG PRIZE/Former Tang Prize laureate touts need to focus on climate resilience

Veerabhadran Ramanathan, a recipient of the 2018 Tang Prize on sustainable development, said in a recent interview with CNA that climate change is currently not only about mitigation, but the need to pivot to "climate resilience," which has three pillars.
