Taipei, Feb. 21 (CNA) Taiwanese computer manufacturer Acer Inc., the Tainan City government and Tainan University of Applied Sciences unveiled Tuesday a new smart parking management system that allows drivers to easily find parking lots in the southern Taiwanese city.
