China's Xiaomi said to work on tablet with Intel, Nvidia

Xiaomi Corp., a fast-growing Chinese maker of cheap smartphones, is working on its first tablet computer with chipmakers Intel Corp. and Nvidia Corp. to cash in on China's tablet market, according to the Topology Research Institute.
