Taipei, Oct. 5 (CNA) Despite being downgraded from a typhoon, storm Krathon still caused extensive damage and flooding in four districts in New Taipei, northern Taiwan, Friday.
Following the deaths of a husband and wife in Jinshan District late Friday, the storm has so far claimed four lives and injured 714.
